Fighting Winter Skin Care Blues with Perricone MD’s Cold Plasma Plus

These frigid winter temperatures have really done a number on my skin. Combating dullness, dry and chapped patches of skin and dark circles have become a regular part of our daily routine.

If you follow the blog, you know we have been long-time fans of Perricone MD’s collection of skin care products. See our latest post on First Impressions: Perricone MD No Makeup Instant Blur. So, when the brand reached out and asked us to give Cold Plasma Plus we were immediately intrigued. With over 1,000+ – almost 5-star ratings – we knew we were going to be in store for a real treat!

Today, we are going to share the details of our experience over the course of the last three weeks.

Perricone MD’s Cold Plasma Plus is an advanced serum concentrate that targets your skin’s individual needs to deliver visible and personalized results, both now and over time.

Packed with powerful ingredients, including Copper Tripeptides to help repair dry skin and improve the appearance of firmness and elasticity, Vitamin C Ester to brighten and restore radiance, while Omegas 3, 6 and 9 promote smoother, more supple-looking skin.

Consumer results have shown:

87% saw more radiance and improved texture.

83% saw more even skin tone.

81% saw less discoloration and less redness.

79% felt firmer skin.

Perricone MD’s Cold Plasma Plus is lightweight, fast-absorbing and fragrance-free leaving your skin looking and feeling youthful and firm. What’s not to love?

For the past three weeks, I have been applying the serum both in the morning and evening after cleansing.  For reference, I have moderately sensitive skin and saw no redness irritation.  After application, I followed by applying with my usual daily moisturizer.

The serum itself is made of an odor-less, thick plasma that is cool to the touch and smoothing on my face.  Some reviews reported a slight odor which I have not noticed thus far.

After this three week period I have been a slight reduction in the overall appearance of fine lines around my eyes and dullness within my cheeks (typically where I see it the most) leaving me feeling more confident and radiant day-to-day.

I have a tendency to see some redness in my cheeks. The reduction in my red patches was noticeable several days into the application.  I am looking forward to continuing this routine in the coming weeks and report back on  my results.

In most cases in the past, I have seen the greatest results after committing to the routine for a full 6 to 8 weeks.

Have you all tried Perricone MD’s Cold Plasma Plus?  What was your experience?
