Thank you so much to Banana Republic for sponsoring today’s post! While I was compensated, all thoughts and opinions are genuine and my own! XO
At this rate, y’all, you have to know Banana Republic is one of our go-to shopping destinations and has been for years. Whether it’s shopping for sophisticated work wear, or weekend casual essentials, Banana Republic is one of our first stops.
Today, we’re excited to be back with Banana Republic today to share how you can spice up your Summer work wardrobe easily and affordably.
Every girl needs a classic black pencil skirt, right? Right. And, while I love a must-have classic, every now and again I like to add color and character to my work wear essentials with more bold colors and patterns.
This floral pencil skirt is just the number to give you that added bit of style and class in the boardroom for the remainder of Summer and into Fall. I love the bold, vibrant floral pattern. And, how cute is this tie detail?
For sizing, I go back and forth between a 0P and 2P often. In this case, I chose the 0P and it fit with perfection. The material is silky with a bit of stretch. The combo makes it comfy and breathable of the office.
How many classic white button down tops do y’all own? More than 3? Yep, me too! I think I invest in a new white button down every few months. But, let’s be honest, they can be a tad boring. Banana Republic has done a fabulous job over the last year updating the classic white button down by adding subtle detail like bell sleeves and bows.
I really love this sleeveless, front ruffle detail top. It’s perfect for so many different looks – skirts, denim (jeans and shorts), trousers and shorts. The list goes on. The added detail immediately elevates your look and turns heads.
And, of course, no office look is complete without a classic pump and a go-everywhere tote. I try to invest in pieces that I can use for the office and evening. I like pieces that are classic, I can pull out for multiple occasions and will stand the test of time.
