Place your cauliflower pieces into a heatproof bowl, Instant Pot safe pan or steam basket.
Add water to inner cooking pot of your Instant Pot. Place your heatproof bowl or steamer basket onto a trivet and then lower the trivet into your Instant Pot.
Secure the lid on your Instant Pot. Select the 'Pressure Cook' or 'Manual' function and adjust the pressure to High. Cook for 1 minute.
When the timer beeps, let the pressure naturally release for 1 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
Unlock your Instant Pot lid and carefully remove the trivet. Set aside for now.
Carefully pour out the water from the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Once water is removed, select the 'Cancel' buttom to reset the cooking function. Press the 'Saute' function and stir in hot sauce, cream cheese, half and half, mustard and shredded sharp cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste until all contents are melted and combined.
Stir in cauliflower until well combined.
Taste and add any additional salt and pepper, where needed.
Serve and watch it go in minutes!
