Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

  • 4 ears of fresh or frozen corn on the cob 
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 ounces Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese


  • If needed, shuck the corn and/or remove the skin from your corn. 
  • Pour water into the bottom of your Instant Pot then insert your trivet or steam basket.
  • Place 2-3 ears of corn onto your trivet or steam basket, then layer the third and forth in the opposite direction on top of the first two ears.
  • Secure the Instant Pot lid and select the 'Pressure Cook' function on high.  Cook for 2 minutes. 
  • Once the timer beeps, carefully quick release all pressure and remove the lid.
  • Top with butter, cheese (like this garlic & herb cheese), seasonings and more!
  • Serve and enjoy!
