In a large saucepan on medium, heat milk, chocolate chips and cocoa. Stir well. Once milk has warmed, remove from stove and add in vanilla and rumchata. Served with all your favorite toppings.
SLOW COOKER
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker with the exception of toppings. Whisk together until well combined. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until chocolate chips are melted. Using a ladle, pour into coffee mugs. Served with all your favorite toppings.
