Ice Cream Pizza | Easy & Customizable

Instructions

  • Start by combining all pizza crust ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix until well combined.
  • On a pizza pan or baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread graham cracker crust evenly on the pan forming a small pizza shape or circle.  Feel free to choose your desired thickness.  We like ours about 1/4 inch thick. 
  • Using your hands, press the graham cracker crust firmly while maintaining the circle shape.  Place the pizza pan in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until the crust has hardened. 
  • Remove the pizza pan or baking sheet from the freezer and spread Extra Indulgent Hudsonville Salted Caramel Brownie ice cream (slightly softened) across the top of the graham cracker crust.
  • Top with all of your favorite fixings including chocolate chips, toffee bits, hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce and more! 
  • Place the dessert back in the freezer for an additional 2 hours or until the pizza has hardened. 
  • When ready to serve, cut into pie slices or squares and watch your family beg for seconds.
