To start, cut the canned cinnamon rolls into small chunks, 8 pieces each. Next, cut a large apple into chunks.

In a mixing bowl, combine cinnamon roll chunks, apple chunks, sugar, and chopped walnuts (optional). Toss all of the ingredients until well combined. If it's easier, you can also add all of the ingredients to a Ziplock bag, seal, and shake well until all ingredients are combined and cinnamon rolls are well coated.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cook spray. Place the coated cinnamon roll chunks into the pan, pressing down lightly to ensure the mixture fits in each muffin pan tight.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the now filled muffin pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the tops of each muffin are lightly golden brown.
Remove the muffins from the oven and set them aside to cook completely for about 10 minutes. When you are ready to serve, drizzle with maple syrup or cream cheese frosting and top with a creamy scoop of Hudsonville Seasalt Caramel Ice Cream!
