1cupfresh broccoli florets
1cupcauliflower florets
3skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3/4tablespoongarlic pepper (you can also just use pepper to taste, if needed)
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 9×13 baking dish, lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray. Layer chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower evenly in the casserole dish.
Next, in a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic pepper, Italian seasoning, and cheese. Pour the mixture over the layer of chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower. Add a pinch of salt and place in the oven.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
As an optional topping, add panko bread crumbs or crumbled Ritz crackers and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
