These faux suede pants are one of the best purcahses I’ve made this season. Today we are sharing 6 effortless ways to this trendy piece this Fall and Winter. We hope you love these looks as much as we do!
To say that I love these faux suede pants would be an understatement.
I first purchased these pants a few weeks back, but was initially on the fense. I wondered if I would wear them as much with the cooler temperatures on the rise. Would I wear them out of the house frequently? Are they too formal? Would I wear faux suede pants seeing as though we’re staying in more?
As soon as I got them, I fell in love almost immediately. What I love most about these faux suede pants is you can style them so many different ways – both casually and dressed up. They are some of the more versatile pants I have purchased in the last few months – along with these faux leather pants, too!
While we are only sharing 6 looks below, I could have included 20 more ways for work and weekend. I absolutely love them!
In terms of style, they have an elastic waistband and are buttery soft – almost as comfortable as joggers or sweatpants. While these faux suded pants have a bit of a trouser feel, they are just as versatile for the weekend.
As it relates to sizing, I ordered them in a petite 2 (which is my normal sizing in Ann Taylor). I am 5’0 tall and they fit perfectly at my ankle – just slighly above my sneakers or flats.

LOOK ONE: BLACK BLAZER & STATEMENT BAG
One of our favorite ways to style these faux suede pants is with a classic black blazer. Throw on a black statement tank, black heels and a statement bag pulled together look for the office or dinner with the beau.
If you want to elevate the look a bit more, choose a black tank with a bit more details such as a lace or v-neck detail.

LOOK TWO: PAIRED WITH A DETAILED BLOUSE
If you are looking for a pulled together look, pair these faux suede pants with a statement blouse or top. Simply change out the black tank for a statement blouse such as black and white stripe, polka dot, a leopard blouse, plaid or even a solid top with a detail (like a tie or bow) would look great!

One of my favorite faux suede pants outfits is to pair it a striped sweater and colorful jacket. Don’t have a striped sweater in your closet? No problem! I also love these pants with a fair isle sweater or even a leopard pattern with brown tones.

Similar to the faux suede pants trend, we were initially on the fence about the ‘shacket’ trend (your favorite shirt meets your favorite jacket). That was until we got our hands on this neutral jacket. It’s the perfect layering piece with these stylish pants. Again, another look you can either dress up or down.
Before we move on to the next look, here are a few details regarding this shacket. In this photos I am wearing a size small, but I just ordered in the x-small for a bit more of a fitted look. It’s one of the best shackets I have been able to find that fits my more petite frame.
