I am so excited to share with you all today’s post. This greek yogurt bark recipe is not only so delicious, but quick and easy for anyone in your family.
This year, like many of you, Shawn and I vowed to start paying closer attention to our and eating habits. We’ve been cooking more in the kitchen together – whipping up recipes that are packed with more fruits and veggies.
This fruit greek yogurt bark is made with less than 5 ingredients. Great for those on the go! What’s better is this recipe can be completely customized to your or your families liking.
For this particular recipe, we used Slice-of-Heaven Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt, organic strawberries, blueberries and blackberries along with crushed sea salted almonds. Our family loves Oikos Whole Milk Greek Yogurt over any other brands.
Made with whole milk, Oikos Whole Milk Greek Yogurt paves the way to indulgence because it’s made with whole milk, and because of this, it has a rich and thick texture that flavor alone cannot achieve this. Oikos Whole Milk Greek Yogurt offers 15 indulgent flavors that remind you of dessert such as lip-smacking lemon meringue, crave-worthy key lime pie or to-die-for toasted coconut vanilla. Yum, right?
As mentioned above, while I used Slice-of-Heaven Strawberry Cheesecake you can also use any other flavor to create this delicious snack. Feel free to get creative! This recipe would also be great with granola, dark chocolate chunks, flax seed and more!

HOW TO MAKE YOGURT BARK
For a large cookie sheet, I used 8 5.3 ounce containers of Slice-of-Heaven Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt mixing all in a large mixing bowl. Spread the yogurt evenly across the baking sheet covered with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
Add any berries/fruit of your choice. For this recipe, I cut whole strawberries in half and added full black berries and blue berries.
In a small bowl or plastic bag, crush whole almonds into smaller pieces. I wanted the pieces to remain relatively large for more of a ‘crunch’ flavor, but you are welcome to crush the pieces to your liking.
Place your berries of choice evenly across the yogurt covered cookie sheet lightly pressing down so the pieces freeze within the yogurt. Once you have added your berries of choice, lightly sprinkle the crushed almonds evenly over the yogurt covered cookie sheet.
Place in the freezer for 8-24 hours.
Cover the cookie sheet with tin foil to avoid freezer burn.
Enjoy!
