Summer is quickly coming to a close, y’all.

With kids going back to school this week and holiday decor lining the shelves of my favorite stores, the curtain will soon be drawn on my favorite season.

Does anyone else love Summer more than anything else?  I am not ready to trade in Summer dresses for winter parkas just yet.

Speaking of dresses, can we chat quickly about this strapless color-blocked dress?  Is it not a total stunner?

Two reasons I love it so much.  One, it flows like the breeze and is really comfortable.  Two, you can eat all the cake your little heart desires at your next wedding and the dress covers it all! 🙂

The pink and red color combo trend has been one of my favorites this season.  I love the way the two colors complement each other so well.  It’s a marriage of sweet and sultry, if you ask me.  I purchased a similar color-block dress last season and it’s still one of my closet favorites.

Can you imagine pulling this out again for Valentine’s Day?  I know I will!
